Porta potties and septic pumping in South Haven and around Van Buren County, from our shop in Grand Junction. Lake homes, construction and weekend units all summer.
South Haven is big on everything. Lake homes right on the shore, a lot of construction, and weekend units all summer for the rentals and the Airbnb places. It's a tourist town and it runs heavy from June through August. A lot of the lake houses out here are on holding tanks rather than a full septic system, which changes how fast they fill and what it costs to empty them.

Phoenix Street is the main drag down to the harbor where the Black River meets the lake. I-196 and the Blue Star Highway carry the traffic, and the Kal-Haven Trail starts here and runs east toward our shop. The lake houses run up the shore on both sides of the river.
Weekend units for the lake houses, Airbnb turnovers and construction crews. Summer books up, ask early. $150 a weekend.
A lot of South Haven waterfront is on holding tanks, not septic. They fill differently, and we wrote it up on the lake home page. 35¢ a gallon, published.
Both numbers hold everywhere the truck goes, so a South Haven job costs what a Grand Junction job costs, and the 13 road miles between them are our problem, not a line on your bill. The busy stretch out this way is June through August, so weekend units book best a couple of weeks ahead of it. Everything else about the money is on the prices page, and the booking form texts our phones in the field.
South Haven sits 13 road miles from the yard on the home-county runs, and what we mostly haul out here is weekend, septic and construction work. Weekend units land on Fridays, cleanings ride the weekly route, and a septic call gets folded into the next pass rather than waiting for a special trip.
Out here the busy stretch is June through August, when the lake rentals and Airbnb turnovers stack up. A lot of the waterfront is on holding tanks: no drain field, so bigger tanks that fill faster. We plan those pump-outs onto the schedule ahead of the busy weekends rather than after them.
