Booking, Answered

Is this a confirmed booking?

Almost. It holds your date on our side the moment it texts our phones, and we call or text back the same day to confirm the plan. Nothing is charged until we talk, and if a date is gone we say so on that call and offer the nearest one.

Why are Fridays marked on the calendar?

Friday is delivery day for rentals, we keep it clear of service routes so weekend units go out. It matters for septic too: the schedule runs two to three weeks out in season, and we hold Friday room for tank jobs that cannot wait that long.

What will I pay?

Rentals: a standard or farm unit is $150 for a weekend. Monthly rentals are available, weekly cleaning included, confirmed by phone. Septic pumping is 35¢ a gallon, so most tanks land between $350 and $700. Anything quoted-on-the-call gets its price before any work starts. The published list is on the prices page.

Should I use this form for a septic backup?

No. Call (269) 434-6385 instead, because a form cannot tell us how bad it is and the emergency page has a what-to-do-first list. The form is for work that can wait for a same-day callback.
