Why do we publish prices when nobody else does?

Our name is on every unit and every truck, and we have been doing business with the same neighbors for 25 years. If a price is fair, there is no reason to hide it until you call, so the numbers are on this page: $150 for a unit, 35¢ a gallon to pump. Compare us to anybody before we are ever in your driveway.

Search porta potty rental or septic pumping around here and nearly every other result says call for a quote. We would rather be upfront with you the way we would want somebody to be upfront with us. If the numbers work, call or book, and the price on the phone will be the price on this page.

What can change a septic bill?

The gallon rate does not move. The extras around it can. If your lid is buried we charge to dig it out, and if nobody knows where the tank is we charge to locate it. Both of those get quoted before we come, not after, and a riser ends the digging charge permanently.

Tank size is the other half. Most are 1,000 to 2,000 gallons, so most pump-outs land between $350 and $700. Some lake places run bigger because they are on holding tanks rather than a septic system. If you do not know your size, we work it out on site and you can watch us do it.

A lift station is its own number, $125 when the pump is working, because we use your pump and only haul the solids.

Price Questions

Can I rent a porta potty by the month?

Yes. Monthly rentals include a cleaning every week on the route. Call for availability and we will get you set up.

Are there any charges not on this page?

No. Somebody asked us about hidden fees this year, first time in 25 years, so we assume a competitor is doing something with air freshener charges or fuel fees. We have nothing like that.

Do you charge a delivery fee?

No. Delivery, pickup and up to 50 road miles from Grand Junction are inside the price.

How much does it cost to pump a 1,000 gallon septic tank?

$350 at our rate, 35 cents a gallon. If you do not know your size, we measure while we pump and you only pay for gallons pumped.

Is 35 cents a gallon a good price for septic pumping?

We have seen companies inside our own service area charging 58 cents a gallon for the same work. We are at 35¢, and ours is the only rate around here you can read before anyone is in your driveway.
