What a Porta Potty Costs to Rent Here

August 24, 2026 · Baylor's, Grand Junction MI

A standard porta potty from us is $150 for a weekend, and that number already includes delivery, pickup, paper and hand sanitizer. Most companies around here will not put a number on a page at all, so here is ours, along with everything that sits around it.

A weekend rental gets dropped on Friday, and the route truck picks it up when it is next through your area, sometimes Monday, sometimes as late as Thursday. You keep it in between at no charge. Monthly rentals are available too, with a cleaning every week on the route where we pump the unit, wash it, and restock the paper and sanitizer. Call for availability on those and we will get you set up.

The only extra charge we have is $50 if you want an extra clean beyond the weekly one. Somebody asked us this year about hidden fees, which was a first in 25 years. We do not have any, and if a bill from us ever shows something not on the price list, call and we will straighten it out.

A few things are quoted by the job instead of off the list. Accessible units, hand wash stations and trailers depend on what you need and where, so we price those on the phone. The full list of everything is on the prices page.

Reserve a unit straight from the site, pick the unit and the date here, or call or text (269) 434-6385.

What is included in that price

Delivery, pickup, paper and hand sanitizer, and the unit shows up clean. On a monthly rental you also get a cleaning every week when the route truck comes through your area.

There is one extra charge on our price list and it is $50 for a cleaning beyond the weekly one, for a job or an event that runs a unit harder than a week can absorb.

What is priced by the job instead

Hand wash stations, accessible units and the restroom trailers get quoted on the phone. Not to be cagey about it, but because placement and count move the number more than the unit does, and a trailer that has to go somewhere our truck cannot reach is a different job than one in a driveway.

Tell us the site and the headcount and you will get the number on the call. Everything we publish is on the prices page.

What about a unit you already own?

We clean those too, $50 a clean. A few farms around here own their units and we run them on our normal route. If that is you, tell us where they sit and how often you want them hit.

Is delivery extra?

No, not inside our service area, and our service area is 50 road miles from the shop in Grand Junction. Road miles, not a circle drawn on a map, because the truck has to drive it.

If you are outside that ring, call and ask rather than assuming the answer is no. Sometimes it works out, and we would rather tell you on the phone than have you guess.

How do you pay?

Cash or check, and we take credit cards now, which is newer for us. Nothing is due before we deliver. You are not putting a deposit down to hold a toilet.

What does a long job cost?

Monthly rentals cover the long jobs, with the weekly cleaning included, and we confirm those by phone. Farm crews run a full season and lake places run all summer that way.

The thing that changes cost on a long job is how hard the unit gets used. If a crew is running one unit past what a weekly cleaning can absorb, add cleanings at $50 rather than letting it get bad, or add a second unit. An extra cleaning does not cost much, and it keeps a hard-used site decent through Friday.
